In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ch777" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ch777 platform accessible at ch777.org and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or services.
• "Platform" means the ch777 website, its associated applications, and all digital products and services operated by ch777.
• "Player," "User," "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ch777 Platform.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

To access ch777's full range of products and services, you must register a valid Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by ch777 for identity verification purposes.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one Account on ch777. The operation of duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ch777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all Accounts associated with a single individual found to be operating duplicates, including forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ch777 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification. ch777 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid, unaltered Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). ch777 may request additional verification documentation at any time and may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.4 Information Accuracy. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

ch777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods:

5.1 Deposit Ownership. You confirm that all funds deposited into your ch777 Account are your own, are not derived from illegal or criminal activity, and are not the subject of any legal dispute or encumbrance.

5.2 Declined Deposits. ch777 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or void any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, disputed, or in violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback initiated by a Player on a legitimate deposit, ch777 reserves the right to recover the full amount of the deposit and any resulting losses from the Player's Account or through legal means.

5.3 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts held in the registered Player's own name. ch777 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposit will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request a withdrawal of real PKR Funds (not Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily prior to the first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• The withdrawal method must match the registered Player's name and be a method previously used for deposit where technically possible.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real Funds. 7.2 Bonus Abuse. 7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonus credits expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus credit). Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. Eligibility for subsequent bonuses requires completion or expiry of any active bonus before a new offer is credited.

All sports betting, casino games, and other wagering activities on ch777 are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that specific product only.

8.1 Void Bets. ch777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, incorrect odds publication, or any circumstance that renders the result of that bet or game fundamentally unreliable. Voided bets are settled by returning the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.

8.2 Palpable Errors. Where odds or game parameters have been published incorrectly due to a clear and obvious error (a "palpable error"), ch777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. ch777 will notify affected Players and return staked amounts.

8.3 Maximum Winnings. ch777 applies maximum single-win and maximum daily withdrawal limits. These limits are published within the applicable game or product section. ch777 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings payable in any single session or calendar day, as set out in the relevant product terms.

8.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round must be raised with ch777 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period will not be considered. ch777's decision on all disputes, made in good faith on the basis of available evidence, shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one ch777 Account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or algorithms to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical bugs, malfunctions, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

All content on the ch777 Platform — including but not limited to the ch777 brand name and logo, website design, graphic elements, software interfaces, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of ch777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any ch777 content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ch777.

ch777's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ch777 Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Platform Availability. ch777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. ch777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions. ch777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

11.2 Third-Party Content. Certain game content on ch777 is provided by third-party game studios and live casino providers. ch777 is not responsible for the conduct or technical failures of third-party content providers, though ch777 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes involving third-party game content on behalf of affected Players.

• Temporary Self-Suspension: Account access suspension for periods of 1 day to 12 months.

Upon termination for breach, ch777 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Fund balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Funds deposits made in good faith will be returned to the Account holder unless forfeiture is required by law or regulatory instruction.

ch777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via Account notification or email to the registered contact address no less than 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Your continued use of the ch777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ch777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ch777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
